The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has arrested National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Director-General Stephen Ogenga and two others over allegations of irregularly awarding a tender worth Sh28.4 million during the fiscal year 2017/18. The NITA boss is implicated in the Sh28m tender scam.
