A ruling by Justice Christine Ochieng has found city tycoon Ramji Manji Shamji guilty of fraudulently acquiring a title deed for a prime property in Parklands, Nairobi, using forged documents and deceptive practices. The Environment and Lands Court ordered the cancellation of the title deed.
