ChatGPT's new image generation feature has gained popularity, leading to increased demand that has strained its server capabilities. As a result, OpenAI plans to implement temporary rate limits to manage the load on its GPUs. Users on the free tier will soon be allowed three image generations per day. The feature, initially available for free, is now transitioning away from that model, particularly after its viral success in Brazil. Reports indicate that the paid tier is also experiencing reduced generation rates as the company works to enhance efficiency.
