OpenAI has introduced new capabilities to its ChatGPT platform, allowing file and image uploads for the o1 and o3-mini models. This update enables users to upload a variety of file types, including PDFs, JPGs, and PNGs, into the o3-mini model. However, adding an attachment disables the web search feature in ChatGPT. Additionally, OpenAI has increased the daily limit for o3-mini-high messages to 50 for Plus users, marking a 7x increase in the previous limit. The o1-pro model does not support these new file upload features.
