Puffer Finance has announced the launch of its $PUFFER token, with an initial supply of 102.3 million tokens, representing 10.23% of the total supply of 1 billion. The token will be based on a vote escrow mechanism, allowing users to stake for vePUFFER. The $PUFFER token will be listed on KuCoin, with trading set to begin on October 14, 2024. Deposits are now open on the ETH-ERC20 network. Additionally, Puffer Finance is conducting an airdrop, distributing 75 million $PUFFER tokens as part of its Crunchy Carrot Quest Season One. The claiming window for the airdrop will be open from October 14, 2024, 11 AM UTC, to January 14, 2025. KuCoin is also hosting a listing campaign with a 150,000 $PUFFER prize pool.
