Angola intends to reduce its crude-oil exports to about 994,000 barrels a day in October, according to a preliminary loading schedule circulated to traders on Tuesday. The planned cut signals lower seaborne volumes from Africa’s second-largest crude producer as the market weighs supply from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies. Details of cargo sizes and destinations were not disclosed in the initial plan and could change when the final program is issued.
