Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd said Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Mark van Dyck has informed the board of his intention to step down, ending a tenure of about one year at the helm of the Australia-based franchise operator. Chairman Jack Cowin will assume the duties of interim executive chair while the board searches for a permanent successor, the company said. Separately, Domino’s named George Saoud to take over as group chief financial officer in September. The leadership shake-up sent Domino’s shares tumbling, with the stock sliding to its lowest level since 2014 in Sydney trading.
