Goodman Meets Forecasts, Lifts Outlook Amid Australian Earnings Reports

Goodman Group reported fiscal-year 2025 operating profit of A$2.31 billion, matching analyst forecasts, while statutory profit reached A$1.67 billion. Operating earnings per security were A$1.18, in line with expectations, and the industrial property developer declared a distribution of A$0.30 per security. The company projected fiscal-year 2026 operating profit above A$2.6 billion and anticipated a 9 percent rise in operating EPS, signalling confidence in logistics-property demand. Fashion retailer Universal Store posted fiscal-year 2025 sales of A$333.27 million, just below the A$336 million consensus, but achieved a 61.1 percent gross margin. EBIT came in at A$43.01 million, with adjusted EBIT of A$54.56 million. Net income was A$23.26 million, or A$0.304 per share on a basic basis. Contractor NRW Holdings generated fiscal-year 2025 revenue of A$3.30 billion and net income of A$27.7 million, and declared a fully franked final dividend of A$0.095 a share. The mining and civil services firm forecast revenue above A$3.4 billion for fiscal-year 2026 and guided for EBITA between A$218 million and A$228 million.
