Victoria Police have launched a homicide investigation after a 32-year-old woman was found dead at a home on Christie Avenue in Cobram, a town on the Victoria–New South Wales border, shortly after 5 a.m. Tuesday. A 45-year-old man, who police say was known to the victim, was arrested at the scene. Two young children were in the house at the time but were not physically harmed, authorities said.
