Investor participation in Bangladesh's stock market has increased, with the daily average turnover rising by 25.84% from the previous week to Tk 426.59 crore. Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) commenced positively, reflecting a general upward trend in share prices. On the first working day of the week, total turnover reached Tk 130.08 crore. However, the performance varied across exchanges, with Dhaka showing gains while the Chattogram stock exchange experienced a decline. Overall, 135 issues advanced, 160 declined, and 81 remained unchanged during the trading session.
