$CYTK management got greedy, should have taken the offer after PH3 results. Still holding my position

$CYTK shares a explanatory (and defensive) statement on deal negotiations from earlier this year. Co. says it engaged in "good faith" discussions with another company re: a deal and that its board "was supportive," but 3rd party didn't "move forward with an acquisition." https://t.co/7EIhqmslRc
