Celo has launched its Dango Layer 2 testnet, aiming to integrate with the Ethereum ecosystem. The testnet, developed by cLabs, after an eight-month evaluation period, will use Optimism's Stack to join Ethereum. The mainnet launch is expected in early winter 2024.
