Chainlink has announced several significant upgrades and integrations aimed at enhancing its decentralized finance (DeFi) offerings. The decentralized perpetual exchange KiloEx is upgrading to Chainlink Data Streams to improve security on the opBNB network. Meanwhile, GMX-Solana, an extension of the GMX protocol, is adopting Chainlink Data Streams as its official oracle solution, granting access to high-frequency market data. GMX-Solana has reported a total trading volume of $231 billion, distributed fees of $337 million, and 665,000 total users. As part of this integration, 1.2% of total protocol fees generated by GMX-Solana will be allocated to Chainlink service providers. Additionally, the HBAR Foundation has joined the Chainlink Scale program, with Chainlink Data Feeds now operational on the Hedera Testnet. Other integrations include JOJO Exchange, which is implementing Chainlink Data Streams to enhance its AI-driven decentralized exchange. Chainlink is also rolling out its CCIP v1.5 upgrade, introducing a Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard and self-serve token onboarding, with the upgrade expected to launch on the mainnet in the coming weeks. The GMX protocol has transitioned to a new rewards distribution model, now providing rewards in GMX tokens instead of ETH, with the first distribution occurring recently.

Reward distribution in GMX tokens is now live! This completes the transition from the previous model based on ETH rewards to the new "Buyback and Distribute GMX" model. 🔸 The first distribution of rewards in GMX tokens just took place today. 🔸 30% of GMX V1 fees and 27% of… https://t.co/Tr9iKujiSn
