84 Arrested as UK's NCA Disrupts Russian Ransomware Network; Call Center Fraud Linked to Davit Kezerashvili

An international investigation led by the UK's National Crime Agency (NCA) has resulted in the disruption of a significant Russian money laundering network that allegedly facilitated ransomware attacks. The operation has led to the arrest of 84 individuals connected to these criminal activities. In a related development, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) dismantled a fraudulent call center network, which reportedly defrauded around 100,000 people across 50 countries, generating approximately $1 million in daily revenue. This call center network is linked to Davit Kezerashvili, a former Georgian defense minister currently residing in the UK.
