A former analyst at Janus Henderson is currently on trial in the UK, accused of orchestrating an insider trading scheme from his home during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The Financial Conduct Authority has alleged that the analyst operated a trading ring in collaboration with his sister and a personal trainer. The court was informed that the pandemic's shift to remote working provided an opportunity for the alleged insider trading activities to take place without detection.
