Hackers Ordered to Return Data After Cyber Attack Cancels 10,000 NHS Appointments
Hackers responsible for a cyber attack that resulted in the cancellation of over 10,000 NHS appointments have been ordered by a High Court judge to reveal their identities and return or delete stolen data. The attack targeted pathology services provider Synnovis, disrupting medical testing services in London hospitals. The medical testing company has secured an injunction to prevent the publication of patients' private medical data. The Rhysida ransomware group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
