
Apple has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Luca Maestri, will step down from his role on January 1, 2025. Maestri, who has been with Apple for over a decade, will continue to lead the Corporate Services teams, including information systems and technology, information security, and real estate development, reporting directly to CEO Tim Cook. Kevan Parekh, an Indian-origin executive and currently Apple's Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will succeed Maestri as CFO. Parekh has been with Apple for 11 years and has previously held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and General Motors.
