
Applied Digital Corp. has signed an additional 150-megawatt lease with cloud-computing specialist CoreWeave at its Polaris Forge 1 campus in North Dakota, expanding the facility’s total contracted capacity to 400 MW. The agreement raises Applied Digital’s anticipated contracted lease revenue to roughly $11 billion, up from $7 billion before the deal. The company said a third building at the site is on track to be fully utilized by 2027, underpinning demand for high-density infrastructure that supports artificial-intelligence workloads. Applied Digital’s enterprise value stands at about $5.1 billion. Chief Executive Officer Wes Cummins cited North Dakota’s energy resources and cooler climate as advantages for scaling advanced-compute data centers.
