Juniper Group has completed its third acquisition in less than a year, continuing its aggressive expansion strategy. The latest acquisition follows the company's previous purchases of Vela and Jonas Group, which operates under the ticker $CSU.TO. Recently, Jonas Group launched Jonas Unify, a platform designed to integrate data across various hospitality platforms, reminiscent of Microsoft's strategy of 'embrace, extend, extinguish.' Additionally, Constellation Software and Topicus have made five acquisitions since the start of 2025, collectively adding nearly 1,000 employees to their workforce. Topicus has reportedly increased its employee count by 1,455 in the last six months, a significant rise compared to the estimated 240 new hires in the previous six months.
