
French telecom operator Orange announced on Wednesday its intention to delist its shares from the New York Stock Exchange, citing the financial cost of maintaining the secondary listing, according to Reuters. In a separate development, Franco-Italian automaker Stellantis and French nuclear fuels firm Orano have decided to drop their planned joint venture to recycle electric car batteries. The companies did not provide specific reasons for the decision.
