Supply-chain services provider GXO Logistics, which spun off from trucking company XPO Inc. in 2021, is exploring strategic options including a potential sale after receiving takeover interest, according to Bloomberg. The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company is working with financial advisers to review its options.
