Vivendi's Supervisory Board has approved resolutions regarding the group's planned spin-off, which will be submitted to shareholders for a vote on December 9, 2024. The French media conglomerate will be split into four companies. Yannick Bolloré, son of French billionaire Vincent Bolloré, will serve as chairman of three of the four units. The management and board lineups for the units have also been named ahead of the planned split. The board has given the go-ahead for the business split.
