A U.S. court has dismissed three claims made by a former BlackBerry employee who alleged that the company's CEO sexually harassed her and retaliated against her after she reported the behavior. The judge ruled on July 27 that the case lacked substance, striking down parts of the sexual harassment lawsuit against BlackBerry and its CEO. The former staffer had accused the CEO of harassment and subsequent retaliation.
