Despite the overall increase, a full recovery in demand is yet to come. Preliminary data from IDC indicated that global smartphone shipments reached 285.4 million units in Q2 2024. Xiaomi saw a 27% increase in sales, and Vivo experienced a 22% rise year-over-year.
