Hang Seng Index Adds Pop Mart JD Logistics and China Telecom

Hang Seng Indexes Co. said it will add Pop Mart International Group, JD Logistics and China Telecom Corp. to the benchmark Hang Seng Index following its latest review. The changes, which take effect after market close on an upcoming date yet to be specified, will lift the number of constituents in the Hong Kong gauge to 88 from 85. The compiler left the 30-member Hang Seng Tech Index unchanged. Adjustments to the Hang Seng Index are made periodically to better reflect shifts in market capitalisation and sector representation in Hong Kong’s equity market.
