MediaTek is reportedly planning to enter the server processor market with its own AI server chips. These chips will be based on Arm architecture and manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 3nm process. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2025. MediaTek aims to sell these chips to major cloud service providers, including Microsoft and Google, according to a media report.
