Anant Raj, a real estate and infrastructure company, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹118.6 crore for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, marking a 51.5% increase from ₹78.3 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose by 22.2% to ₹540.7 crore, while EBITDA increased by 36.5% to ₹142.4 crore, with margins improving to 26.3% from 23.6%. The company's shares rose 6% following the strong quarterly results. In related corporate earnings, Waaree Energies, a solar panel manufacturer, posted a 34.1% year-on-year net profit increase to ₹618.9 crore and revenue growth of 36.4% to ₹4,003.9 crore for the same quarter. Tata Communications saw its consolidated net profit surge 223.6% to ₹1,040.5 crore, supported by a gain on the sale of a subsidiary amounting to ₹311.2 crore and exceptional gains of ₹577.8 crore. Cyient DLM reported a 36.5% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹31 crore and an 18.3% revenue rise to ₹428 crore. Delta Corp's net profit more than doubled, rising 127.3% to ₹164.6 crore, despite a slight 1.2% decline in revenue to ₹182.7 crore, with exceptional gains increasing to ₹212.14 crore. Meanwhile, Havells India experienced a 5% share price decline amid a cautious demand outlook, despite growth in switchgear sales driven by range expansion and project business, with buoyant residential segment demand. Rajratan Global Wire shares surged over 50% in four days, and Cyient DLM shares also rose 12% on strong Q4 results. Other stocks such as Balrampur Chini, Alok Industries, 360 One Wam, Elgi Equipments, and Godawari Power are expected to gain in the near term.
