Melius Raises $AAPL PT to $260 from $240- Buy Analyst comments: "Apple’s stock has reacted positively to tariff news, but we see the focus shifting toward new products and systematic iPhone value increases that could drive growth for the next three-plus years. We raise our FY26

Apple Inc. received back-to-back price-target increases from two research houses this week, underscoring growing optimism about the company’s earnings outlook and forthcoming product cycle. Bank of America Global Research on 7 August lifted its 12-month target to $250 from $240 while reiterating a Buy recommendation, citing expected tariff exemptions, favourable currency movements and stronger gross margins. Melius Research followed on 8 August, raising its target to $260—its highest yet—from $240 and also maintaining a Buy stance. Analyst Ben Reitzes said Apple’s growth could be propelled by a multiyear iPhone refresh beginning with an “iPhone Air” this September and a foldable handset in fiscal 2026. The upgrades signal confidence that Apple can navigate trade headwinds and convert forthcoming hardware launches into sustained revenue and profit expansion.
