
Godrej Properties reported robust third-quarter earnings for FY25, with a net profit of ₹162.6 crore, a significant increase from ₹62.3 crore year-on-year. Revenue surged to ₹968.9 crore, up from ₹330.4 crore in the same period last year. The company's EBITDA also improved, reaching ₹27.6 crore compared to an EBITDA loss of ₹41.5 crore in the previous year, resulting in a margin of 2.9%. Meanwhile, Asian Paints experienced a decline in its financial performance, with a net profit of ₹1,111 crore, down 23.3% from ₹1,447.72 crore year-on-year. Revenue also fell by 6% to ₹8,549 crore, reflecting ongoing challenges in urban demand despite growth in its industrial and international segments. In contrast, Whirlpool of India reported a net profit increase of 57.1% to ₹44 crore, with revenue rising 11% to ₹1,704.9 crore. The company’s EBITDA improved to ₹69.3 crore, up from ₹62.8 crore, maintaining a flat margin of 4.1%. Lastly, Zydus Lifesciences posted a net profit of ₹1,023 crore, marking a 29.6% year-on-year growth, with revenue increasing 16.9% to ₹5,269 crore, driven by strong demand for its generic drugs.
