Cryptocurrency-focused firm Hyperliquid is generating about US$1.13 billion in annualised revenue with a staff of only 11, according to multiple industry trackers on 20 August. The figure works out to roughly US$102 million per employee, a level that eclipses the per-capita revenue reported by larger technology and digital-asset companies such as Tether, Nvidia and Apple. Founder Jeff said on a recent podcast that the organisation is evenly split between engineering and non-engineering roles, underscoring a lean operating model that has drawn attention across the industry. Separately, Hyperliquid Strategies Inc., led by investor David Schamis, is set to control about 12.6 million HYPE tokens valued at roughly US$583 million, alongside at least US$305 million in cash, giving the vehicle an estimated asset base of US$888 million. An affiliated assistance fund is removing nearly 86,900 HYPE tokens from circulation each day, a move described as permanent supply destruction.
