ITC Hotels reported a 20.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹259 crore for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, with revenue rising 4.5% to ₹1,061 crore. EBITDA grew by 8.4% to ₹413 crore, and the EBITDA margin improved to 38.9% from 37.5% in the previous year. Abbott India posted a 28% rise in its Q4 net profit to ₹367 crore, driven by strong demand for gastrointestinal and anti-infective medications, along with an 11.5% increase in revenue to ₹1,604.6 crore. The company’s board recommended a dividend of ₹475 per share for FY25. Delhivery reported a consolidated net profit of ₹72.56 crore for Q4FY25, reversing a loss of ₹68.47 crore in the same period last year. Revenue grew modestly by 5.6% to ₹2,192 crore, while EBITDA increased by 159.8% to ₹119 crore. Divi’s Laboratories delivered a 23% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹662 crore on revenue growth of 12.2% to ₹2,585 crore, surpassing market estimates, and declared a ₹30 dividend. Emami reported an 8.7% rise in net profit to ₹162 crore and an 8.1% increase in revenue to ₹963 crore. Arvind Fashion posted a net loss of ₹93.15 crore in Q4FY25 compared to a profit of ₹24.3 crore a year earlier, despite an 8.8% increase in revenue to ₹1,189 crore and an 18% rise in EBITDA to ₹158.6 crore.
