The stock is expected to offer an 8% yield with a 10:1 conversion into MicroStrategy (MSTR) shares. The company has raised $563.4 million at an initial price of $80 per share. In addition, Strategy₿ has adopted FASB fair value accounting for Bitcoin, which is projected to boost its balance sheet by $12.75 billion. The firm holds 471,107 BTC valued at approximately $45 billion, despite reporting a net loss of $670.8 million for Q4 2024. Analysts from Bernstein and KBW have initiated coverage, with Bernstein highlighting the new accounting rules that will allow Strategy₿ to recognize unrealized gains from its Bitcoin holdings. KBW has set a price target of $560 for MSTR and predicts a nearly 70% increase in its stock value, potentially leading to inclusion in the S&P 500.
