

Orange SA reported its fourth-quarter 2024 earnings, revealing an EBITDAAL of €3.25 billion, surpassing estimates of €3.21 billion, and revenues of €10.43 billion, slightly below the expected €10.49 billion. The company's net debt for the second half of the year was €22.48 billion, better than the anticipated €22.55 billion. The newly formed group MasOrange, resulting from the merger between Orange and MásMóvil, generated total revenues of €7.388 billion in 2024, marking a 1.5% increase year-over-year, driven by a strong performance in the last quarter. MasOrange also reported a nearly 11% rise in adjusted EBITDA. Looking ahead, Orange aims for further growth in its EBITDA for 2025, having exceeded its cost-saving target of over €100 million in 2024.
