Seagate Technology Holdings Plc reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of $2.44 billion, edging past the $2.42 billion average analyst estimate. Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 147% from a year earlier to $2.59, also ahead of the $2.45 consensus. Revenue increased 30% year on year, underpinned by demand for the company’s mass-capacity storage drives. On a GAAP basis, diluted EPS was $2.24. The data-storage maker generated $508 million in operating cash flow and $425 million in free cash flow during the quarter, and the board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.72 per share. For the fiscal first quarter ending September 2025, Seagate projected revenue of $2.50 billion, plus or minus $150 million, and adjusted EPS of $2.30, plus or minus $0.20. The mid-points of the guidance ranges are roughly in line with Wall Street expectations of $2.53 billion in revenue and $2.32 in earnings, signaling management’s expectation of continued, but moderating, growth.
