SentinelOne reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $242.2 million, a 22% increase from a year earlier and marginally ahead of analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings rose to $0.04 a share, beating the $0.03 consensus. Annualized recurring revenue reached $1 billion, up 24%, while the number of customers generating at least $100,000 in recurring revenue grew 23% to 1,513. The cybersecurity company said record net-new ARR was driven by demand for its AI-based platform across data, cloud and endpoint security. Non-GAAP gross margin was 79% and non-GAAP operating margin turned positive at 2%. SentinelOne ended the quarter with $1.2 billion in cash, cash equivalents and investments. Citing the momentum, management raised full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to between $998 million and $1.002 billion and projected third-quarter revenue of about $256 million. The company reiterated its focus on achieving full-year operating profitability and free cash flow.
