
LiveOne has renewed its partnership with Tesla through May 2026 and launched LiveOne 2.0, expecting a threefold increase in ARPU. The company has adjusted its FY25 revenue guidance to $120M-$135M with $8M-$15M adjusted EBITDA. However, starting December 1, 2024, Tesla's Premium Connectivity subscription will no longer include free access to LiveOne's Slacker Radio. Tesla owners will need to purchase a separate subscription to continue streaming music through LiveOne. This change has led to a 23% drop in LiveOne's stock.
