UiPath Inc. and Rubrik Inc. have both reported their third-quarter earnings for 2024, surpassing expectations. UiPath, a leader in enterprise automation software, reported revenue of $355 million, up 9% year-over-year, with non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.11, beating estimates by $0.04. The company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased by 17% to $1.607 billion, and it achieved a net new ARR of $56 million. The company's guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025 projects revenue between $231.5 million and $233.5 million, above consensus estimates. UiPath's GAAP gross margin was 82%, and its non-GAAP gross margin was also strong. The company's dollar-based net retention rate was 113%, indicating customer growth. Free cash flow was $33 million, and ARR guidance for the fourth quarter was set at $1.669 billion to $1.674 billion.
