Zilch has secured a £50 million investment, expanding its total securitisation to £150 million with major credit funds and Deutsche Bank. This investment will enable the company to support £10 billion in annual commerce. Additionally, Brazil's Azul has secured a $400 million financing deal to strengthen its cash flow and reduce debt. Azul also reached a deal with bondholders for additional financing, resulting in a 7.5% increase in pre-market trading.
