
South Korean authorities have arrested a man accused of orchestrating a $12.8 million cryptocurrency fraud. The suspect, identified as Lee, allegedly underwent $15,700 worth of plastic surgery in an attempt to evade capture during a 10-month manhunt. Despite these efforts, Lee was apprehended, and it is reported that he still possesses over $2 million from the stolen funds. The scheme involved a total of 14 individuals and defrauded 158 investors.
