The Allahabad High Court has reserved its order on the bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh, who is involved in a legal case stemming from a 2001 protest. The court has also ordered the arrest of Singh, along with Samajwadi Party leader Anoop Sanda and four others, for missing a hearing in the case. The Uttar Pradesh court directed the police to arrest all accused individuals and produce them in court. Singh has commented on the case, describing the suspension of his sentence as a triumph of truth.
