
Ryan Scott Cochran, also known as 'namedeclined,' pled guilty in the Eastern District of New York to distributing fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine through the mail. Cochran, a dark web vendor, sold more than $1 million worth of drugs and fraudulent documents. As part of his plea agreement, he will forfeit over $200,000 in cash, cryptocurrency, and bank account funds already seized, with an additional $900,000 to be forfeited at a later date. In a separate case, a Colorado man was convicted by a Weld County jury for possession of over 60,000 fentanyl pills and more than 30 pounds of methamphetamine, valued at approximately $330,000.
