A series of dine-and-dash incidents involving a man and a woman at various restaurants has led to their arrest and charges of fraud. The suspects, identified as a married couple, were captured on CCTV executing their scheme by pretending to be unable to pay by card and then fleeing the scene. In one incident, they left a restaurant with an unpaid bill of £329. The crime spree affected over 130 businesses, primarily small restaurants. Additionally, the suspects' property was vandalized by a masked gang in retaliation to their actions.
