Additionally, the order creates a 'one-stop shop' for businesses to open, operate, and expand in Philadelphia. In a separate move, Mayor Parker and Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel are addressing a settlement against two major suppliers of ghost guns in the city, which has led to the halting of their sales in Philadelphia.
