The TON blockchain ecosystem is currently facing a significant threat from phishing attacks. SlowMist, a cybersecurity firm, has issued warnings about a rise in phishing links and bots targeting Telegram users, particularly through fake airdrops and other deceptive methods. These attacks are designed to compromise assets in users' TON wallets, especially those using Anonymous Telegram Numbers. The increased phishing activity comes amid a sharp uptick in Total Value Locked (TVL) within the TON network, highlighting the urgency for enhanced security measures. Additionally, a Global Toncoin scam is targeting Telegram users with a fake booster scheme.
