In Sacramento, a five-day sting operation led to 360 citations, 240 misdemeanors, 20 felonies, and the recovery of $22,000 in stolen items. Meanwhile, in San Francisco's Ingleside District, police arrested nine individuals suspected of stealing from a grocery store on Mission Street in the Bernal Heights neighborhood. This operation was part of a broader initiative to curb retail theft in the area.
