Two Chicago women in Minnesota have been charged with organizing a $5K theft scheme involving several thousand dollars' worth of merchandise from a Lululemon store in Minneapolis. The stolen goods were allegedly funneled through a suburban nail salon. Both women were on pre-trial release from a previous shoplifting theft at a JCPenney in Yorktown earlier this month. The charges highlight ongoing challenges with organized retail theft.
