The individuals are accused of exploiting a system that allowed them to receive refunds for meals they claimed were not delivered. In a separate incident, a couple in Northeast Ohio reported a bank scam that resulted in the theft of $65,000, despite no personal information being exchanged. Additionally, a woman was arrested for a romance scam, allegedly taking 20,000 euros from victims under the pretense of traveling to meet them.
