“I’m Superman, Godd**n It…I’m Gonna Kick Your F**king Teeth In!” – South Carolina Dem Gubernatorial Candidate Goes on WILD Tirade As He’s Arrested in His Underwear (VIDEO) https://t.co/bQNAA0plxq
Recently released Charleston Police dash-cam footage shows South Carolina Democratic gubernatorial candidate William “Mullins” McLeod being arrested in downtown Charleston on 15 May while wearing only underwear and shoes and shouting obscenities. During the hour-long video, made public on 12 August after a Freedom of Information Act request, the 53-year-old attorney calls himself “God” and “Superman,” threatens to “kick [opponents’] teeth in,” and repeatedly uses a racial slur. Officers noted his eyes were “extremely bloodshot and highly dilated,” consistent with possible stimulant use, though no toxicology results were disclosed. McLeod, who launched his 2026 gubernatorial campaign on 11 August, faces a misdemeanor disorderly-conduct charge stemming from the incident. Following the footage’s release, South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Christale Spain said the candidate should abandon the race and “focus on his mental and emotional well-being.”
