In a significant cybersecurity operation, $975,000 out of approximately $1 million stolen from Solareum Project users was frozen in a collaborative effort led by notable figures and organizations including Jordy, Bonkbot.io, LewiLewiLewi, Plumferno, CryptoEdgar_, pingToven, tunacaneater, solanobahn, tayvano_, and _SEAL_Org. The exploit targeted the Solareum Project, a Telegram trading bot for SVM, but notably, Bonkbot.io was not compromised. This operation resulted in the freezing of 24 wallets, marking the largest wallet freeze in Tether's history. The team's quick response ensured that the hackers were left with less than 5% of the total $1,000,000 in Solana drained over three days. Initial reports mistakenly blamed Bonkbot for the wallet drains, but it was later clarified that Solareum Project was the actual target of the exploit.
