To be clear; it is quite rare for THORChain to “halt” such as a consensus failure. The actual mechanism is a feature flag on/off. In this case, nodes and Mimir move to feature flag off (pause) certain on-chain features - such as MsgSend and MsgDeposit. L1 swaps were flagged… https://t.co/F6H9eK16gO
